Default Blown Seal? Should I take to dealer?

I've been to the dealer countless time for a vibration and knock in the gas pedal. Well today I don't know why but I decided I would crawl under the truck and take a look and this is what I saw when I looked at the rear end. Should I bring it to the dealer? My gut says yes, but my Ford Logic button Says it is normal they all do that.

Is it just that one side? If so or not I would take it in, because its definitely leaking to a degree!

I would suspect the seal around the locker electrical connector needs to be replaced.

I wouldn't panic about it--it is minor. You can take it in and have them look at it--but I would not worry if they cannot look at it for a week or so. It is a minor leak

I heard a joke once about a auto repair shop, a penguin with ice cream, and a blown seal...
