The warranty policy is clearly stated in the warranty booklet included with every new truck. Anything else is just internet B.S.

I'd sure like to read that article... Do you have a link? Only 21k miles and it blows a hole in the side of the block? Sorry not buying this was just a stock engine that suddenly turned itself into an anchor!

BTW why would a 2015 only have 21k miles on it? Not saying it didn't only that's pretty unusual for a 3 year old truck.

Man people are stupid. You knowingly posted about a blown motor when you know it's caused by mods. Get the truck fixed and THEN come post about it. Please share whose tune you used so we can make sure not to use them. That will be a more appreciated thing to post

My wife's 2015 F150, purchased new in August of 2015, just turned 3,354 miles.

I believe it was posted on the SSI tune website. Someone had posted a link on a thread. I clicked on the link and I think it took me to the SSI website if I remember correctly. That was several months ago.

What years are affected by this "known" connecting rod issue? If there is one...

There is no known issue. Has it happened?? Of course. Just like every other motor on the planet has had a malfunction. There is no such thing as a perfect motor, one that is built by man that doesn't have an issue at some point doesn't exist.

If 350 of them blew in 2015 that means around 0.1% That's One tenth of 1%

Not really, my 2016just traded had 12k miles for a 2 year truck, and my 2012@ 5 years had 30k miles. My commute is 20ft down the hall.
