Looks like a King Ranch so not rare colour combo but probably rare for a Lariat.
Still able to get a Lariat with the two tone and painted bumpers but not on a 502A (not sure if 501A allows it either) and not with chrome package as the bumpers become chrome. When I ordered my 2019 they called to ensure I wasn't expecting the bumpers to be painted to match the lower colour. King Ranch without the chrome package is that combo and I almost got one but it had just been sold
