Black Exhaust Tip
Looking for an honest opinion on position of my new exhaust tip. Trying to avoid cutting inches off my tailpipe but it sticks out a few inches. Let me know what you think: A) Looks fine B) Looks meh or C) Looks awful...lol

It protrudes to far out.
I went by Advance Auto and they have tail pipe cutting tool loaners. The tool looks like a pair of pliers with a chain that has carbide teeth.
I cut four inches off my tail pipe. You can do it in their parking lot in two minutes. It's that easy.

After cutting, my slip-on Gibson tip is now sticking out exactly where my original pipe protruded.
My first exhaust tip was a MBRP. It was a lemon and was not round on the inside, but oval (they are made in China). It would not slide over the factory pipe. I had to return it and purchased a Gibson (made in USA ) and it would easily slide onto the pipe.
