I had our local premier off-road shop install Billstein 5100s all the way around on my 2015 today. I had them put the setting at 1.75 and it is almost dead level. There appears to be about 1 inch of rake, as I have not actually measured it yet. It drives like a completely different truck! It should've come that way from the factory!

Does it need an alignment when raising the front end? I would think it would change castor/camber/toe when raised of lowered.

Yeah, it's certainly not a bad idea, especially if your tires are expensive.

Yes. My installer has an alignment machine in-house and did everything at once. I can't stress enough how much better these four shocks make the truck drive/ride. You get what you pay for. Amazing, really!
