Put rears on a few months ago. Two weeks ago took them off to prime and paint since they were already showing signs of rusting. But much better ride and mostly fixed the bed hop.

Love my 5100's. One of the best upgrades I've made to my truck.

Just zinc coating. Fox 2.0 are aluminum.

Just did mine a few weeks back. Set at 1.26 and then I added a 2.0 rear block. The difference from stock is subtle but looks better imo. As far as performance I can say there was a spot on my commute when I would turn left onto this one road and give it a little gas the rear end would hop big time over the large bump to a point a had to remember to let off the gas during the turn. No problem there now

I have the FX-4 package and the front shocks are "off road tuned" per Ford. Nothing is said about the rear shocks. Obviously, putting 5100's on the rear will help based upon all of the reviews, but will there be a noticeable difference if fronts are done too?

I have the sport FX4 as well. The 5100s ride a little stiffer IMO, but I like it. I think if I'd gone with just a spacer leveling kit, I'd be disappointed in how it handles with the stock shocks.

The stock shocks, including the FX4 "tuned" ones, are crap. Replacing them will make a big difference.

'16 FX4 Sport here. Replaced the fronts a couple months ago set at 2.1" (top) setting. Ride is much better - a bit firmer, definitely more "planted" feeling with much less body roll. I replaced the rears over the weekend, and the difference is well-worth it. The rear end is settled now, more planted. It was downright scary before over bumps/uneven roads, especially at highway speeds.
