Yes, in my opinion at least. In most cases, the guy who puts on a platinum grill isn't trying to pass his truck off as a platinum. This is someone trying to pass off those brakes as Brembo, not just make them look different. I put LED tails and Raptor take off wheels on my STX, but I don't pretend or tell people it's a Raptor or Lariat.

Idk, maybe it's just me, but I do feel like there's a difference between adding upgraded OEM parts and intentional miss-badging.

At the end of the day though not my truck, so my opinion doesn't matter. To each their own.

It's funny, without the sticker trying to mislead people into thinking they are Brembo calipers, I would have thought "nice touch on painting the calipers"....but as soon as the sticker is applied....he becomes a douche/poser....
