My favorite mod. Simple install, cost about $10 (excluding trip to Hawaii). I think it adds about 50hp, too.

Not my mod, but today I handed the tech at the dealership $20 for turning off the fake engine noise on my EB powered truck. Money well spent, though it didn't make as much of a difference as I expected.

Cool

Some nice mods here!

There seems to be some additions and or mods some are doing that might be standard on some trim levels.

That tray seems pretty nice. I bought one of the OCD ones for underneath and it's a nice setup. As for the top, I took the OEM tray from my 13 before I traded it. Two fit very nicely.

I put in my OEM tailgate strut this weekend. It cost me $40 or so including shipping cost, plus I had to go to Harbor Freight to buy a T50 socket, because I have never seen or needed one before... Easy mod, highly recommended.

One thing I'd tell people about, that I don't remember anyone mentioning, is that your factory hinge is painted. It was installed prior to painting of the bed. Two things, that makes it harder to remove AND it makes the new one stand out to someone looking to see if they are original. Then again, you can barely see mine, because I have a McGard lock on there to prevent tailgate theft. I saw another video on Youtube where the OCD truck owner painted his body color. I might have considered that if a rattle can of Lightning Blue were available...

At the suggestion of another poster, I bought a folding tailgate step for less than $10.
