I liked that it has a flat mounting surface that's magnetized to the round ball area vs just a round ball

I have a perchmount, used one in my 13 explorer and decided to leave it there for my wife, and I got one for the truck.

First thing I did in my new truck was put my Steelie Ball above the a/c vent.

I just pulled the mat out of my tray on my dash and glued down a ram mount ball.

Ford was pretty smart in including a number of spots to attach suction cup phone holders. I have 3 total. One on a weighted bag on the dash top. Put nav there when i need it.

The best one is the Spigen magnetic mount, it goes right on the vent and your phone connects to it. I will post some pics later on this evening.
