So my brother recently sold his 2012 mustang 5.0L and he had it custom tuned with a SCT X3/SF3 Tuner. He returned the car back to stock to un-marry it and told me I could have it for my 2015 F-150 5.0L.

I'm totally new to this and he doesn't have a clue either on how I would go about getting a custom tune for my truck. Someone said I have to subscribe to their free tunes for life program for over a hundred bucks which I really don't want to do.

So my question is. How can I update my tuner to get custom tunes for my truck?

Contact your tuner of choice. I believe you need to send the tuner to them and you must give them the pcu code.

Please stay away from Bama. Just because it might be free to you isn't a good thing they have blown up so many mustangs and have garbage tunes.
