Thanks

I didn't have any problems. I have a winch (rarely used) and a few other accessories and a dash cam that records 24/7 so I just like to know that the battery is getting the maximum possible charge especially if I just take a short trip up to the store or something. With BMS on if it senses the battery has a good charge it will not top it off immediately. Unfortunately BMS doesn't know you might only be taking a short trip for a couple minutes. With it off it is charging at full capacity anytime the engine is running. I also think it will be better when the battery starts getting old and loosing its edge to keep it fresher. This is all my own opinion of coarse.

For those considering the IsoPwr, the Ctek D250s seems to be a similar (probably better) option.

The Ctek can be bought individually, or with the Smartpass in an "offroad" package. Im considering the Ctek for my auxiliary battery setup.

I grounded mine to the body, no problems for a few years now.

I have also enabled the Remote Control. I found that the start/stop would mess with the system, I tied into a circuit that was on with ignition to tell the Sterling device that it should be running. I was getting some problems before I did this.

Do you have the sensor on the battery post or on the cable?
