Autostop Eliminator
I just ordered from autostopeliminator their harness that plugs between the start stop switch disable and the harness to make my truck default to autostart disable upon startup. Anybody else done this modification yet? Now by pressing the button you turn the autostop on instead of off. $100 plus $23 for overnight since I just can't wait. 2018 5.0 STX LeadFoot 3.73

I'm Travis, the creator of the Autostop Eliminator.
Thank you guys for your interest. If I can help answer any questions please feel free to contact me.
I know many people are happy with the freely available hacks and that's fine, but I wasn't happy with them. I wanted a 100% solution that always works correctly in every scenario. That's why I created the device. If you're happy with a hack, that's great. You can save some money. Just know some of the hacks can be dangerous. I've started keeping notes on the hacks here:
https://www.autostopeliminator.com/hacks.html
To answer a few comments, no I'm not making a lot of money. I have sold more than "100 of them", but I haven't yet recouped my original investment. I really wanted the price to be about half of what I have to charge, but I just couldn't get there. The Ford proprietary connectors are insanely expensive and the device also requires extremely low-power specialty automotive-grade electronic components. Still, what I'm charging is likely way cheaper than any comparable one-off solution. Once you factor in your time, it's a no-brainer.
Trust me, it's a labor of love. I just want to help the folks in the same boat as me who are looking for a real solution.

2018 can't be eliminated anymore with dealer program, before it could. I assume eventually Ford will be forced to even remove the button from the dash. $123 is no biggie for me and I appreciate engineering and those who figure things out and am happy to reward them for their effort and risk. No different than BuiltRight. He figured out a solution to address a problem or need and I have no problem paying him for his work.

As I say on about every thread like this one, every one of the "free" solutions have undesirable side effects.
Disadvantages of other solutions.
Forscan: Disables BMS. Cannot turn *** on if you want.
Taking BMS wire off of battery: Disables BMS. Cannot turn *** on if you want.
OBD port deactivator: Plays with trucks software and is known to cause issues.
Disconnecting wire at bake pedal: Lose trailer lights and cannot turn *** on without plugging back in,
*** Electronics box. Cannot turn *** back on.
To the OP. Please post results when you install it. I have been waiting to hear an actual review as opposed the mindless drivel of those who post only to display their ignorance. Which switch configuration did you get?
