Hi,
There are 2 issues.
1) The etis data comes from the etis site, you must create a username password on the site and enter it in asbuilthacker when prompted (only saved locally on your machine so you don't need to type it many times). This process is still working, as i just retested it. Create account here https://www.etis.ford.com/
2) The As built comes from motorcraft service site. They now use a captcha to allow to download as built data. This currently is not working automatically.
I have spent the morning intercepting the captcha image, creating a popup window in as built hacker and allowing you to enter the captcha.
I will need to build the installer and test it.
Later todlay i will post a new version of the software that will get the as built data automatically again.

I used it right after he released the latest version & it worked fine. It took a few minutes for the asbuilt to populate, but it eventually did
