I was quoted up to 700 for the same package at other places. I would call around and talk to different places.
Do you like the 20% on the moon? I have been thinking about doing it, but thought it might be too dark.

Ceramic block out the heat like some say it does (and others say it doesn't)

I would likely do limo if I did it again and then never keep the shade on the window.

When I picked up the truck after doing it, it was sunny outside and I left the shade open for the whole ride back to the office. I would have never done that without the tint. It was always uncomfortable to have the shade open during the day. The true test will be next summer since it is fall now. but without a doubt in my mind it makes a difference. whether its worth the cost is in the individual.

I emailed a local company that's known as one of the best in the area... This is what I got back...

We carry three different lines of film for your tint installation, kinda like GOOD-BETTER-BEST. Our Performance series blocks up to 15% of the heat from the vehicle, the Endurance series blocks up to 45% and the Elite 76% of the heat from the vehicle. Along with higher heat reduction, the higher quality films offer more glare and infrared rejection. The Performance series is strictly a polyester died film, the Endurance is a polyester/aluminum hybrid and the Elite is a Ceramic based film. If you are talking about just the front 2 then the performance is $75, the endurance $95 and the Elite is $110. To do the entire truck in Performance is $180, the Endurance is $240 and the Elite is $315. As far as the panoramic roofs go we can tint them and it will help quite a bit keep the heat off your head and face. The Performance would run you $35 a piece, the Endurance would be $45 a piece and Elite would be $55 a piece. Keep in mind with the higher heat reduction lines you can get a lot of heat reduction with lighter film whereas the Performance film would need to be darker to achieve the same effect.

Still not sure which way in gonna go once my truck comes in, but it's a start...

If you live in a hot area, you should never go dark especially limo on the moon

About how much are we talking to get that done?
Depends on the area. Make sure they are using good tint. Don't always go with the lowest bidder. My guy did 4 windows, Rear with sliding glass, and brow for $175. I would imagine $125 would be fair for your request. Maybe a little more or less.

Sounds like you could do a 35% tint on the rear and rear doors. You may want to put something up front...If nothing else, it can block UV rays. If you get the lowest legal tint in your state, it won't be very dark, but would keep you cooler in the summer.
