Hello all. I am a new Ford owner. I have been a Mopar guy for most my life, but it was time for a change. And what better truck than this beautiful F150.

Anyway, I bought a few accessories from the local dealer. Molded mud flaps, chrome hood deflector. I like to see the instructions ahead of time, but can't seem to find anywhere to do that. The mud flaps were easy and install was fine, but I didn't like how the hood deflector installed and returned it to dealer. Had I know it installed that way, I never would have bought it.

I hate to say, seems like mopar has ford beat when it comes to this. I was able to download the wiring diagrams for the entire truck, all exploded parts diagrams shown with part numbers, most installation instructions for accessories. If I needed to find a part number for a screw I was able to do so. And not just on the mopar website almost any parts vendor.

So, am I missing something? Is there a website that shows installation instructions? What about wiring diagrams? Or exploded parts diagrams?


Please, all the diehard ford guys, don't get mad. I am not saying I like one or the other better. I am VERY happy with my F150, just a little disappointed in ford for not making this available to its mass of customers!
