No problem but I am not sure on the bulb type, but I think the Anzos use a H7 bulb in the low beam. Bulb color is preference, but 4500 or 5500 is going to give the most visibility. I personally would get the anti flicker, wont hurt and can only help. If you have a level, you will probably need to re-aim.

Anzo low beam uses H1 bulb.

I might pick this one up. Looks like its the complete kit with the Hylux 45w ballasts, H7 XB Morimoto bulbs, and the relay harness, all for $135. I was thinking about retrofitting some Morimoto projectors into the Anzo housings but maybe I'll just pick this up and a set for the high beams.

I did some research and came up with nothing and this this seems like the right place to ask. I installed some anzo's about 2 months ago and wasn't happy with the LED output so I swapped to HID's (right choice).

Anyways, the auto start/stop will cut the HID's off and on when it engages but it didn't do that with the LED's.

Anyone have any insight as why this might be?

I think its because of the low power draw messing up the auto feature.

Can you elaborate on "low power draw"? The wattage is similar to what stock halogens would pull and they only occasionally dimmed?

I'm leaning towards this being a ballast issue. I'll admit, I bought cheap amazon HID's to see if it was really even what I wanted so I assume its the lowest of the low as far as quality.

If someone else in this thread can confirm that their HID's do not have this issue, i'll be placing an order immediately from one of the two sources!

I was referencing the LED headlights. AFAIK, they draw a lot less power.
