Things start moving with about 2 inches of the red line left so fast forward by dragging the ball and run it over several times. The reflection starts to move shortly after the wipers start lifting. All that bouncing around is in slow motion.
I know my truck isn't your truck, but my hood reacts in the exact same manor as yours does. The wind speed coming out of those blowers is about 75mph, focused directly onto a flat horizontal , shiny surface that is made out of thin sheet aluminum. I'll bet you couldn't walk out through there and stay on your feet. The amount of deflection in that is not excessive at all. It's blowing the wipers off the glass! I can save you the reply and tell myself that I don't own a 2016 and I shouldn't be reading this thread, even though it's in the 2015 and up section of the forum.
On a side note, I find these slow motion videos hypnotizing, and can't stop watching them!

Martain can you change the name of the thread to reflect 15/16/17 F150's so the ones concerned can talk about their hoods only. I never dreamed there would be a need to include Them. I will hate to see the thread die a slow death of abandonment. People are fighting mad to speak up. Lol
