Sure wish I could find it around here for that cheap.

Buying it from the nearest dealer is $100 for 6 qts and a filter....
Rock auto is your friend!! That's where I plan on buying mine. Order multiple changes at once to save on shipping. I plan on ordering 2 oil changes at a time.

Yeah I should order some for my next change.

It's $6.31 CAD a qrt, but still cheaper than the dealer by at least 50%.

I was buying from the dealer so there was at least a record in their system of me buying oil in case any warranty issues came up

5000 mile intervals, only use Ford oil filters always Ford full synthetic 5-30 -- The label says Korea origin - Gangnum Style....
Talked to a Ford remanufacturer of Ford engines. He stated that the Ford Full synthetic is some really good stuff that Ford specs very closely for their requirements.
My extreme high mileage vehicles I own can attest to that.

What he said, every 5K miles but I get it done at the dealership.

Since Motorcraft is a synthetic blend made by Conoco- Phillips products I think its a good oil. CP oil are about 60-75% Group II and 25-40% Group III base stocks. The Group II base stocks come from their refinery in Lafayette, LA and their Group III base stocks come from South Korea.

I think the Full Synthetic oil is group IV and V. The Synthetic blend was made in the USA, while the full synthetic shows Korea.

I haven't looked in a long time so this information may be out dated. Anyway I wouldn't have a problem using it, but if you feel better with M1 go with what makes you feel good.

Good luck.
