Anyone tried aligning their bed
is there any space to move the bed around be it side to side or front to back?
Without drilling.
Say a 1/2 inch?

Once I had the bolts all loosened up I couldn't manipulate the bed alignment at all even with my friend helping out. Taking into consideration which way you would like to align it I just attached a rubber coating hook ratchet strap to the appropriate side of the box and anchor the other end to one of the many holes in the frame. Give a couple of pulls and it was all over in a matter of minutes. The hardest part was breaking the bed bolts loose because of the spray in bed liner. Don't forget you will have to adjust your rear bumper as well once you get the bed/cab alignement fixed. Bumper was easy too. Use a floor jack to support it or a friend helps lots too. I performed this on my 2014. I would caution ratcheting too hard and tearing the aluminum, but that being said I did not ratchet hard at all to align mine.

I showed / told the service writer the bed on my truck looked off. They took pictures and sent them to Ford. Ford agreed it was off enough that they are going to fix it. Told me they would need it 3 to 4 days. Now just have to find the time to get it there.
