Sucks to hear some of you are still having these issues, but I check mine every couple days and it has been working flawlessly. Just checked it again earlier today. Makes you wonder what it is that affects some units, but not all.

I had issues after my Phone App on my iPhone took an update. I messed with it for awhile and to fix it I had to reset the vehicle as though I was a new owner that just purchased a used truck. All is working good now

I was having issues, tried removing one of my rigs. Came across another issue. But long story short, for both me and the wife, uninstalling then reinstalling the app fixed the no location issue.

Location services hasn't worked for me since updating the app to the latest version that came out on November 15th.

Try logging out, then log back into the app w/ your user name and password. This worked for me (didn't have to delete the app or re-register).

I don't have "Sync Connect"... But I do have Ford Pass on my phone... It randomly gets updates from my truck (Millage - Service Announcement) but essentially, it is pretty useless, and always 2000 or 3000 miles behind - no real function. I have found no way to get it to sync manually.

That being said, I got my Frozen Door TSB announcement, and my Door Pillar Fire TSB announcement via my Ford Pass.

Guys, I just logged out and logged back in and was asked to set a pin. Once I did that the vehicle location is working again. And I have sync 3 with the latest update to Fordpass.
