Just traded my 2014 in for a 2018 and had the rubber mats included. They seem nice and all but they are definitely thinner than the 2014's were. I'm sure they will work but they do not feel as "sturdy" if that makes sense. Haven't had any of the others to compare.

I have oem in front and husky x-act in rear (2018 screw). Returned huskys for the front - way too industrial for so cal weather and only had slightly more coverage than the huskys. The OEM ones actually look good and seem to fit the truck better. That said, the oem rear mat is dinky - but the rear full coverage husky x-act is perfect. It also helps keep things from rolling around if you pack the rear.

Husky Xact... No comparison with either Weathertech or OEM...

i was wondering about this. I have a 2018 on order and cotus shows “Floor Liner - Tray Style, Ebony”. My last truck only came with carpet floor mats and I had to upgrade to the all weather mats. This time around I had them throw in the all weather mats as part of the deal. The all weather mats are a $170 upgrade. I’m assuming this means I would get the Tray type and the all weather set??

Not sure - I bought my OEM floor liners for 110ish out the door from a local dealership with no discount though, so sounds expensive.

Well before I posted I looked it up on ford parts, it looks like they charged me for the non-trays and gave me the trays... that is convenient for me. But yeah, those are the tray kind.

Not really sure why this decision seems exponentially harder than buying the dang truck lol. I want the OEM to be the better choice, but with 2 littlest who play soccer, travel to Detroit semi frequently, and living in TN, where it rains ALL the time, the more coverage sounds like a logically better answer, despite it being not what I WANT to do, lol.

I would recommend buying both and putting them in and deciding which you want. I actually got the huskys for my front too off Amazon Warehouse Deals (new but open box). They ended up only sending me the driver side husky and I needed the liners for a rare trip to the snow, so I got them at my local dealer. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
