Default Aiming Morimoto XB Hybrid headlights

Hey all,

Installed my hybrids but have a specific question that is better here than the huge thread. By the way, use fuse 15 instead of 36 for the DRL strip- this will allow it to turn off as soon as you turn off the truck, and not stay on for random periods of time as with 36.

First, where should I be aiming the high beams on these? I know how to aim lows and fogs, that’s no problem. But where should I be aiming my highs?

Next, how should I horizontally aim my headlights? For driver side, slightly to the right of the “t” made with painters tape, and passenger side straight on the t? Or slightly right as well?

Finally, where the hell are the horizontal adjustment screws? Didn’t see them on these, do they even have them?

No horizontal adjustment with the morimoto hybrid headlights, neither do the factory headlights. Also point your high beams above your low beams but still keep them somewhat into the low beam also. You don't want them to be separate from each other, kinda want them to blend together so you dont see a separation on the road.

Thanks very much!!! And my fogs should be right below and barely touching my lows right?

Hey, i have a 19 XL and the fuse i chose was 36. It sometimes turns of right away or sometimes takes 10 min to turn off. I addressed the situation to Morimoto and they suggested 16 which turned off right away but my transmission was a bit more jittery. Hows the fuse location 15? I seen on the manual that its a 7.5A front camera. Let me knowhow fuse 15 is working out thanks!
