I'm sure it's possible with buying some platinum seats or something. But after a test drive, I probably wouldn't waste the money on them. Probably cheaper to go to a real massage therapist

Using platinum+massage seats it would be intheroy , requires wiring &agora an changes, I have been pm'ing wiring suggestions to a member who is trying to add platinum seats to his xlt, the passenger seat plugs in and moves without modification however the driver seat has two plugs which is where the wiring fun comes in. He hasn't got back to me lately about trying my latest suggestion

Once y'all get that sorted please post a how to. I want to add 6 way power adjust to my drivers side. Hate how low I sit with the manual seat.

Bump.

Saw some Platinum seats in a junk yard but are the wrong interior color. Would need to pull my Lariat skins off what I have and and cover these.

I'm guessing the plugs are not there in the Lariat trim, but not sure on this point. Is the plug already there just doesn't have the pins in the plug to control message functions? I know with Forscan I can update the dash to control the seats.

I have the messaging seats in my Platinum. It is a nice enough feature but not something I would spend a lot of money and time retrofitting if I didn't have them. It isn't that good a feature. Maybe if you do a ton of long highway drives - helps keep your back/rear from aching after a few hours.

Not worth it IMO. I have only used them once. If it is more than a couple hundred you are wasting your time.
