Standard equipment. Excerpted from the 2015 F-150 sales brochure ...
Power up F-150 without using a key with Intelligent Access with push-button start.1 As long as you have the fob in your pocket, you can enter F-150 and start it.

But you can't drive unless you put the key in the hole and turn it, right? And the doors don't auto unlock and lock as you approach or leave the vehicle do they? My grandmoms 09 CTS has it and I always thought it was cool.
