uhuhuh, nope, Ford gives Ford a really bad name. their CSR don't give a crap attitude sucks. They make you feel all warm and fuzzy, then when the problem doesn't get resolved properly they ignore you.

Maybe I missed it in the thread but what kind of work are they suppose to be doing that is taking this long?

They replaced the belts and currently working on VCT solenoids and cam phasers. They have one qualified person to do these jobs. Even though it's taking so long, they did make sure I had something to keep my trip scheduled so for that, I am happy. If I missed this trip, diff story but they have been accommodating!

Anything I've taken them, they've addressed. I did have to help them along with the decel rattle and get Ford Corp engaged but they didn't fight me too much on that like I've seen other dealers do from reports on this forum.

I'll definitely keep them in mind for future buys since they helped me keep my trip. I'm guessing the belts were a nice gesture as well since I have 33k but they did change those.

Quite the opposite. Chevy fans are the queens of butthurt. That's why they run their mouths so much about Ford, they're jealous that we don't need the tow company's phone number on speed dial like they do.

Hey, that's not bad at all man. My Platinum SCrew has 1,458, so only 8 more. May I ask if you had a CEL, or a drivability issue, or you just didn't like the ratcheting noises? Did you hear them just when cold normally (not gunning the throttle with a cold engine in P), or driving normally all the time? Just curious. Thx.

Drove fine but sounded horrible. Mostly concern for costly repairs post warranty

Most Lemon laws require that the vehicle be down for a "safety related" repair in order to do a buy-back.

I don't know I have alot of friends with there diesel trucks pulling fifth wheel campers and very very happy.

When we decide to move up to a fifth wheel camper I would look into buying a chevy. Not a new one though. I will never buy a new vehicle again. This 2015 F150 was the only one and will be the last. not worth it at all.
