Default Another door jamb sticker thread

I am either not good at the search or just can't find it.

What can you tell me about my truck, besides it was sold in Canada to the first owner.

The dealer says it's a unique "heavy half" type set up but I'm not buying it, I think the dealer just doesn't know what they are talking about. Maybe it is but the numbers look pretty average for a F-150 XLT 157" crew.

One internet options search showed it had the 9.75 ring gear but how do I know?

Can anyone shed some light?

go to
http://www.etis.ford.com/vehicleSelection.do
then input your VIN number to see the build sheet with truck info

Edit: Click on the vehicle tab at the top

That truck has a 7050 gvwr-it is a "normal" duty 157" wheelbase truck. The heavy duty payload trucks are 7600 gvwr.

I did that and it's inaccurate. Example, it says I do not have an electric locking diff and I certainly do.

The other good one was it saying it was a 157wb but a double cab with 3/4 door.

Payload, but what about towing? Curious, not trying to be difficult.

Did the original owner leave the 2015 F150 Owners Manual with the truck? There's a Towing section in it, listing the various wheelbase, engine, cab configurations and their corresponding two capacities.

Forgive me if I've stated the obvious.

My "normal" Screw has a payload of 1909 lbs. Nothing unusual here.

I'm maybe going at this all wrong. Here are my questions.

How do I know which trailer tow package my truck is equipped with?

It came from the factory with 245/70/17 load range E tires, why have that on a standard load/towing truck?

Why is my TPMS set for 55PSI (+/-) 5psi or so?

I hate the way it rides with 50 PSI in the tires, but I can't run below 49 or my low tire light activates.

When I inquired about getting lower load range tires installed the dealer said the truck is supposed to have LR E's for this "special" package kinda like a heavy half. Like said before, nothing really jumps out at me except the weirdness of having HD tires on a SD truck.

You can change the TPMS ranges with FORScan.

I put your VIN in the etis site and it says "With Heavy Duty Trailer Towing"
