Default For the **** retentive like me.....Dyson V6 Animal cordless vacuum

The wife asked for this for Christmas:

https://www.amazon.com/Dyson-V6-Anim.../dp/B00SMLJQ7W

I've been using it to keep my floors in my F150 looking new! Seriously, this thing is awesome for that. Pop it off the mount, vacuum your floor. Empty and return. It has a max setting that even gets up the small pebbles that make their way into my floorboards.

Also, if you have a Bed, Bath and Beyond near you their 20% off coupons work on Dyson vacuums so you can get this out the door for under $300.

I've got a DC-41 Animal for my house. I love the thing. Been contemplating one for detailing, but I'll likely just get a shopvac as they're significantly cheaper.

I actually bought one too. We made sure to get the motor head so that the brushes were powered. It has more attachments than space on the wall bracket so I think I will be 3D printing some holders to attach to the wall.

The ability to use this to clean our trucks sure intrigues me. Just waiting to hear when the MRS will allow it out of the house!

How about head cleanup??

I have a Dyson clone and a Roomba but with 2 daughters with long hair and a dog, it's the cleaning of the brushes/brush roller that's the nightmare. They all *work* just fine to vacuum stuff, but I clean rollers more often than I empty the dang things!!

My Dyson has no issues at all with rollers clogging. I vacuum up stuffing all the time with the brushes. The amount that sticks isn't an issue, and when it starts to bother me I clean it. Cleaned them once in the 6 months I've owned it.
