Default AMP Install 2017 F-150 SuperCrew FX4 SYNC 3

I installed my amp over the weekend and ran into some issues. The dealership thinks the ACM went out and thinks it has to do with my install. I only tapped into the speaker wires on the ACM with the battery disconnected.

Any ideas why this would have happened?

I have the amp turned off right now (remote wire removed from where I tied to the fuse). Should I hook it back up or what?

take everything out and put it back to stock. Save yourself the trouble. Do not leave anything for the dealer to blame it on you.

I'd try unhooking the battery for a little while and see if that helps.
