Spotted this grille on new F150's on Instagram. Kinda Atlas-like; the middle crossbar isn't quite big enough, but it has the side nostrils. Anyone seen this in person?
Doh! I guess I haven't seen any XLT's yet! In my area, it's all been Lariats and up at the dealerships so far (at least when I was shopping back in December). So, to see a grille that was different was eye catching to me.

XLTs are available with two chrome grills depending on trim level...the one pictured in your post and the 5-bar billet style grill.
As mentioned standard XLT grill, I liked it online, did not look good in person to me. XLT with Chrome package gets the chrome 5 horizontal bar grille, and Sport package gets the black 5 horizontal bar grille.
