Obviously some either havent driven on a windy day after a cold night 630 miles or some of us have deffective seals in the doors. After inspecting the tripple seals I conclude they aren't any good and instead work as a noise maker.

No difference in wind noise on mine and its damn windy. Check your weatherstripping, and by the way your hood looks fine.

Windy at 20 mph coming from the right side while driving exactly 70 mph. on the interstate, radio at normal level with the cab tight. Obviously hard to listen to the radio with this going on for 600 miles.
New F150's have enough wind noise on a normal day. 20 MPH extra doesnt help much.

It sounds like you'd enjoy a Chevy or Toyota better. If you're already this dissatisfied with the truck, I don't think it will ever be a good enough ride for you. I highly doubt Ford will issue a TSB for wind noise, no matter how many posts are made on a forum.

Personally, I'd rather Ford concentrate on TSBs for things that could impact my safety while driving than someone's level of comfort due to wind noise.

So we're complaining about a huge, square truck that's higher off the ground with big huge mirror on the side having wind noise? So does every other truck I've ever driven or any of the other half dozen I've owned. My '16 is quieter than any of them and even quieter than my previous Honda Accord EX that I traded in on my beloved F-150.

I love my F150 but it is loud. Not going to try and sugar coat it and pretend it isn't. My buddy has a new GMC SLT and that truck is quiet. Its not even close. Too bad the rest of his truck sucks

I loved the inside the cab ride of my XLT 2.7L 302a until yesterday. I think the guy with the surgical 5/16" tubing inside the upper door seal by your ear on that rounded corner has a point. He had spent a lot of time trying to adjust the door with out any success to speak of. I also believe that channel right along side of it makes it happen.

I am looking into finding surgical tubing to put inside the seal at that rounded corner.

Just because some of you don't have wind noise doesn't mean others don't. It's no different than some people having ________problem and others not having that problem. Why bash on a guy that's having issues and wants to discuss it here, isn't that what this forum is for?
