Lightbulb All Terrain Tires

What are the best All Terrain Tires? (Relatively quiet, ride well on and off the road, tread well). Don't know if it matters but I'm in a 2015 3.5L V6 EcoBoost and I'm looking for (285/70R17)

The KO's are the indisputable standard for a reason-just an all around good tire.

I have had K02's in the past and went with Nitto Terra Grappler G2 this time around and very pleased with them. The G2's being $160 cheaper per tire in my size, smoother riding w/o the LT rating, and the great reviews the G2's have been getting, swayed my decision.

I'll go against the standard here and vote for Cooper Discoverer A/T3.

I always wanted a set of BFG A/T's and bought a used set for my previous vehicle (Avalanche in Siggy). I was less than impressed with them off road and they were pretty noisy on road. Granted, I had the "old" A/T's, not the KO2's, but I've seen a lot of good reviews on the Coopers and they are considerably cheaper than the BFG's.

The KO2's are a completely different animal from the KO's. Yeah, my KO's became loud, hard and they started cracking. Theses KO2's are a softer rubber that remind me of the GY Duratracs.

As far as wear is concerned time will tell. The KO's did wear well at least.
