Thanks!
Yes, I had to pull the door panels and feed the wires through the actual connectors. The wires supplied have the pin connectors and slide into each side of the OEM connector. It's a little tedious and you have to be careful, but it does work. I haven't checked lately, but I think 1AAuto was working on an install video.

No, mine do not have that symbol. They do turn on though, I remember that from just being plug and play - without doing the additional wiring for everything else.

I have a 2016 xlt 300a package. My mirrors are power glass, no heat, no signal. It’s an 8 pin.

If I ordered either the tow mirrors or regular mirrors with heat & signal that are 8 pin my guess is that they would work? Maybe not the heat, but doesn’t matter.

All upgraded mirrors say if you don’t have the features listed then the mirrors won’t work. I can see from the thread that ppl didn’t have features but gained the feature once plugged in. (Besides the stuff that is retrofit)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

**Update**
If anyone wanted to know.. I bought the regular mirrors 8 pin with power mirror/heat/signal - and they work just fine. Plug N Play

Same question as above. I really want powerfold and turn signal. I don't have those now

I have dug through the whole thread but may have overlooked it. Can anyone tell me the part number for OEM tow mirrors with heat, puddle spot, turn signal, bliss, and auto-dimming for the drivers side and the matching one (no auto-dimming) for the passenger side.

I have been digging through the internet as well and have not been able to figure it out. I realize these will be Lariat mirrors and also have power fold and extend. I have been digging through the OEM parts suppliers on the web and most don't have enough in the description to indicate the features clearly.

I would happily buy an OEM set with the features as I really could care less about power folding and extend. Problem is they don't have the auto-dimming on any of them. If they had that I would be interested.

Anyway, my truck is an XLT with all of the options you can get in the mirrors. I know they are 22-pin and I realize if I get Lariat mirrors and harnesses I can reprogram my existing door modules to fold them. Not sure about the extend.

Thanks

From what I have seen on vendor site and here, seems none of the Trail Ridge Mirrors discussed in this tread offer auto dimming!!

They don't offer auto-dimming OR power extend/retract.

Correct. I would happily give my money to the. If they had dimming. That’s why I was hoping someone had the part numbers for he lariat mirrors. Figured if I am going that far I’ll make the whole thing work.

I don't think any of the OEM tow mirrors have auto dimming.

Lariat and F250 mirrors do. I have verified it on the lot. At least the 2017 ones.
