Made some progress yesterday - got a couple of the stock fob pieces 3D scanned so that we can match their profiles and fit the stock chip perfectly. On to the fun part - design!

Will this be a new key with chip? or would you have to rip apart your old key and this is just a cover?

Not to speak for Matt, but; You would take the guts out of a current key and transplant them. It would take only about 2 minutes more than changing your battery.
