Rostra kit is awesome. Sees the entire rear bumper and good night quality, and it was much cheaper than the camera source kit. I'll post up a picture when I get in the truck next time

I uploaded a pic below

If you don't mind me asking, how much did their kit run? I can't seem to find a price on their website...

It's $399, you'll have to contact them to find a resaler near you. Total I paid $551 with tax and install

Were there installation instructions with the kit?

From what I understand (and I may be mistaken) from the FORScan thread is that now all one has to do is buy the camera and wire. Either drill a hole in the handle or buy a replacement handle with the hole, run the wire to behind the monitor, plug in using an adapter or wire yourself, and then use FORScan to program the truck to recognize the camera.

Is this correct?

I'm still not sure if the drive lines (left and right lines showing vehicle space) move with the steering angle or not with FORScan or even if it does with the aftermarket kit.

I wonder if for 2017 the rear view camera will be standard across the board, makes perfect sense in this day and age.

JaxTruck, I read the same thing, you can enable the feature with ForScan.

Btw, I found the Rostra kit on Amazon for $459. My guess is if you buy it locally plus tax it comes pretty close to Amazon's price:

It's on eBay for $399 plus shipping ($20 to me in MD).
