Default Adjusting OEM Headlights Up

I wanted to adjust my headlights (stock non-LED Lariat) and I can't seem to find the adjustment screw. I checked the book and the pic is so NOT helpful. From the top I see nothing that a screw driver could fit (book says) but I see a plastic nut. Other than that there is no room in the headlight area.

Also, clockwise to lower? Or clockwise heighten? I'd think clockwise up and counter clockwise down...but what seems logical to me just might not be to Ford.

Number 2 Philips right in the hole. The blades on the driver engage the teeth on the adjuster.

that screw with the nut on the outside. do yourself a favor and just feel that nut when you use the screwdriver to insure you are turning it. The screw portion has a very vague feel and takes a lot of turns to do anything with the beam pattern.

For those that may think like I do, just use a 10mm open end on the white plastic nut. Counter-clockwise to lower beam height, clockwise to raise.
