How does the auto start/stop affect the plug n play amp linked to above??? Or does the P&P amp affect the auto S&S??

the auto stop start disables some electronics and the amp will shut off during auto stop start operation

no it won’t. It only shuts off the engine. Everything else stays on. In my 17 I have the kicker for the doors with a small kenwood for the sub and they both stay on when auto start stop activates.

good info.. i never tested it myself i went by the Forscan experts and disabled it before hand.. even though my remote turn on comes from the passenger side front fuse box

Very happy with my Kenwood KAC-M1824BT. Small enough to fit behind the 8" screen, it has RCA outputs to feed signal to my sub amp in the back. Also, I ran dedicated power to it from battery and have no issues. Also upgraded the front speakers/tweeters with Pioneer components. Budget friendly and sound nice and clean and loud. I used the Ck11 harness also.
