Default Adding Satellite Radio

What's a nice clean way to add satellite radio to my F150?

Year? Trim? Screen size? Sync? Need more info.

If it's just sat. radio you want could try this (plug in your year etc), not cheap but you get what you pay for:

Wish Ford had kept the aux input port in F150's, had it in my 2009, made adding aftermarket SiriusXM a snap, now not so much unless you're willing to go the FM modulation route which I wasn't...

I added it and it's clean, as in it's factory and works great.

The process was not clean. Here's what I did:

1. Got Forscan up and running (laptop, OBD adapter, software) to do the requisite programming
2. Bought an ACM with SiriusXM from a wrecked F-150 on eBay
3. Replaced the satellite antenna on the roof
4. Installed it all, made the programming changes with Forscan
5. Not required, but upgraded the door speakers

Would I do it again? For music, I'm using Amazon Music from my phone via Carplay more. But I like Fox Business in the mornings, so it's worth it for that. I don't know how Amazon Music will work in remote areas, but I'm road-tripping this week, so I'll find out. If it isn't reliable, I know SiriusXM comes in fine.

Good luck. There are a few threads with actual 'how-to' info.

Howdy. New Ford owner ! Just picked my first ford. a new 2018 f150 xl, ext cab, 5.0
So far really i like the truck. But have an audio question. It came with the standard radio, bluetooth etc but no sirius XM.
Would like to add sirius, so what is the best option ?

Sorry about that... I haven't added my signature yet. I have a brand new 2018 XL RCSB. 101A, 2.7.
