Ford part number help
Hello,
A last ditch request for help telling me what this part number correlates to. It is definitely an oil tube, likely for a recent 2.7l ecoboost; the only number on the tag resembling a part number is "JU7E6N660AA" and a QR barcode. Appears nowhere on ford parts websites or the interwebs. I'd rather not call a dealership; hoping someone can lend a hand. Thank you-

The # on the tag is probably an engineering # and not an actual part#.
Does it look like one of these tubes?
The first 2 links are oil inlet tubes to the turbos and the bottom 2 links are oil outlet tubes.

Service Part Numbers (the parts you can buy from the parts department) almost always have a "Z" for the fourth character. The Service Part Number is displayed on the part packaging rather than the actual part. Usually the number displayed on the part is an Engineering Number, which is used by purchasing, inventory control, the assembly line, and other internal Ford users.

Thank you both; it is either JU7Z-9T516 or JU7Z-9T516-A. I don't have the packaging, however. Unless there is a way to correlate manufacturing numbers to customer part numbers I might be stuck.

JU7Z-9T516 is therefore not a complete number.
Ford updates part numbers and can have multiple part numbers for the same item. Their parts system is incredibly complicated.

Ok, a slightly different question regarding the same part(s). If all I know are the engineering numbers, which is the revised (or perhaps newer) part, "JT4E6N660BA" or "JU7E6N660AA"? I assume somewhere in the code lies the year or version number or both. Thank you all,

From the Engineering Number it would be impossible to tell which of the parts is newer. The Product Line Code is different (T4 vs U7) which means 2 different groups are responsible for issuing the parts.
