17 seat has square insert style ocs in the middle..18 has round middle..I'll try surgery on both bottoms to see if i can transfer everything..not looking good..Well we now know 18 and 19 f150 seats are a little different compared to 15 to 17..

Well that sucks. I wonder if the firmware on the restraint module for your truck has an update to allow the newer ocs to work. What happens if someone brings a 2015 truck in that needs a new seat and all they have are 2018 up seats?

Good question, parts are still available for all seats..just design changed..I think if I remove sensor and cage,I can shave down bottom of cushion to fit 18 set up into the 17 seat..

SUCCESS!! I took apart both pass seats(17 and 18)and swapped ocs sensors and cut foam on 17 seat so that the 18 ocs sensor would sit correctly in the frame..I reset and calibrated it and ....no dtc"s so far!!!! Man what a PITA...

Does anyone know what part# for the terminals at the seat bulkhead for the pwr wire and ground? I'm also hooking up the seat heaters..So I looked on PTS wiring and they don't have part#'s for harness terminals..I'd like to keep the wiring as professional as possibly..If I can pin into the seat harness bulkhead and run to the fuse box pwr and ground id be happy..I have terminals for the heater wires at the ficm..Thanks anyone that can help..
