Added a rug in the bed
Decided to do something a bit different. It's not totally perfect, and could use a bit of trimming in a spot or two, but it did seem to work out reasonably well.
I used paper to try and figure out curves and placement and made a cardboard template of the perimeter of the bed, and then used that to cut the rug. It's at least partially synthetic, so I used a torch to seal and prevent fray.
At some point I plan to add in some of the bits I cut out to go up the sides, but the patterning might look a bit off on the wheel wells. Need to figure out how to deal with compound curves and will need to allot for minor shrinkage and sewing for that, which means it won't just roll up anymore.
The truck has two tone paint, with the primary being white gold. The interior is brown / tan, so it's more in line with that than the black liner.
