If anyone wants, I can make a template from my truck and send it via snail mail ... send me a buck for the envelope, stamp and paper.

I may take you up on that. When my bezels arrive I will fit them against the body and locate the center. See how that compares to the measurements.

Re: the hole saw, your amazon link is for 1 1/8, yet earlier in the post it was mentioned the hole should be 1 1/16. Not enough to make a difference?

Unrelated, I have the white platinum paint. Man are they proud of that color.

All parts in stock so they should get south pretty quickly. Need to brush-up on the Forscan changes next. I may make a few other changes at the same time.

Definitely 1 1/8" hole saw. 1 1/16 would require filing.

I followed the Forscan changes in the first post and the system booted right up!

Definitely 1 1/8 hole saw, Mine measured 1 11/128, same as bezel

Park assist bezels<br/>

1 1/8 hole saw, Milwaukee brand from home depot

Don't file 'em like I did the first time, Do exact opposite of this

Rotate 180 to be correct, NOT like this

When painting the sensor do you paint the entire front, including the little ring? I want to make sure I do it right. I will be starting this weekend.

The little silicone ring pops right off, so I did not paint those, only the top(front?) of the sensors and the bezels, then reinstalled the ring.

Sensors and bezels in Platinum White tri-coat
