Was it an option in '13?

If not, nope.

This stuff is all 15+.

Thanks man, didn't think so but was worth the question. However I would be very interested in having the capability if one of you wizards could figure it out!

well, figured I'd pop the HUD in today since the filler panel showed up (last price was waiting for).

Ridiculously easy. Popped the blank panel out, wire end was clipped to it. Unclipped it, plugged in the HUD and popped back in place.

Took maybe 60 seconds.

502A makes sooo many things easy!

Next up is waiting for decent weather to install the stuff in the bumper and then a little bit of programming to do.

Yep. Pretty sweet deal having the harness ran already.

Unlucky for me, my wheel shipped, but I am waiting for some small pieces for the bumper.

The HUD is a module only right? Its not apart of the productivity screen? I'm just wondering how to get back there to install it.

HUD:

All it does is this:

Literally installs without tools in a minute or so. just clips and a connector. Right up against the drivers side windshield defroster vent. You can pull it out of the dash with just your hands, but a plastic removal tool makes it much easier.

Looks like Saturday is going to be +2C and decent weather.

Should be able to get the sensor and bumper harness installed.

Still waiting for my wheel cruise buttons, but should be here tomorrow.

With any luck, adaptive cruise may be up and running Sunday.

I'd have it done already but my garage is full of fox mustang right now so I'm at the mercy of the weather.
