When this calibration is initiated in FORScan you will see "Front Sensor Not Aligned" on the cluster and then you're instructed to drive 5-15 minutes until the message clears and then the alignment is complete. It only took me a few minutes driving 40mph for it to disappear and then ACC functioned normally.

Hi there,
This is very cool and I want to do this on my 2017 Ford F150 but the link does not work anymore. Is there any way you can update the link. Thank you so much.

the link is for version 2.3.11. I am guessing it wont work anymore because latest is 2.3.29. just google "forescan download" takes you right to latest version.

so i have 2016 xlt 2.7 302a and just installed ccm but when i scan with forscan i dont see ccm, is that mean i need to swap ccm or the cable? I also bought ebay ccm part number FL3Z9E731D instead FL3T96768AJ.
Do i need to add extra wire on the FL3Z-15K867-B to able to work?

If you have a 302, you may not have power to the CCM at the harness connector. You need to check (IIRC) pin 10 on the chassis side of the harness.

So i just checked, i do not have it. I just re read the installation guide and i need to tap either junction box or fog lamp and cruise control harness. do i just buy wt1013 terminal and insert pin 10 to tap to junction box or fog lamp?
I'm assuming i can use T-tap new wt1013 wire and tap to fog lamp then insert slot 10 should be fine?

I followed the instructions from @thematrixhazuneo and got power to my CCM by opening up the CCM harness, and cutting the Blue/Yellow wire (CCM power feed) about half way the harness.....then I attached the CCM side of the blue/yellow wire to one of the GRAY wires in the same harness. The grey wires are for the active shutters, so they always have power when the truck is on.

Thats what I did. It’s a bit of a pain to get the pin in that connector because access isn’t the easiest. I ran a wire all the way from the relevant fuse in the BJB. And used an add a fuse at the fuse box.

Hey guys,

Looking to do this to my 'new to me' 2017 502A Lariat, thanks for all the work getting this up and running!

I've read pretty much the whole thread and feel fairly confident in getting it working, but the wife is asking if this would affect the warranty at all? We're still under bumper to bumper coverage (and we have the extended warranty plan).

I'm suspecting it won't since it's all OEM parts, I suppose they could deny something do with that particular module since it's not 'stock' for this VIN but it shouldn't affect any other coverage right?

Thanks!

You are correct.....Your trucks existing warranty should go pretty much unaffected UNLESS it is something you added or modified yourself
