Guessing the vin needs to be capitals before translating to hex. Parts on order but the hud module is on backorder for another week.

1stF150- How did you get the module calibration done, do you have access to an IDS?

That's still the only unknown for me -- with everything added, can I just say "hey, my cruise isn't working" and they'll just run the calibration and thats it? Or will they start flashing stuff and configuring it back to stock, finding the truck isn't supposed to have that system?

Yes I have an IDS.

Until the CCM is calibrated it will not work. As built data will not show it for your truck so the dealer will charge you for a calibration. Mine displayed a message when it was not properly configured. DTC as well which the IDS will display.

You could get lucky though....

do you happen to have the converted numbers handy? i found that module on rock auto easily with the DY number
