Just buy a long USB cable and put the computer on a bench, cables are cheap.
Is there an updated parts list available? I want to get started gathering parts. I see the light at the end of the tunnel on my truck and if all goes well, going to hang onto it for a while.
Just ordered my parts for this mod. 2015 XLT, 302A trim level (5.0L engine). I had to pace myself towards this one by installing an 8" IPC last fall, and now I have the spare funds to pull the trigger on this. Good news is that I checked under the dash and I have the pigtail for the HUD, so it'll be that much easier.
Still digging thorough posts... anyone who has 302A-specific advise that would care to chime in? Would be greatly appreciated!
anyone try this on a 2018 f150?? picking up a platinum but had to settle on one with out ACC package but every other package my truck comes with. i would like to add this. I also downloaded the asbuilts from another 2018 f150 platinum that comes with the stock ACC package
Does anyone know the part number for the clips that go on the bumper trim panel? The teeth on the a few of the clips broke and need to be replaced. I am having the hardest time finding a part number for them.
Has anyone completed this mod *without* removing the bumper? I'm looking at the existing wiring harness and it doesn't seem necessary to remove the bumper to replace it. I'm guessing that's more for installing the radar bracket?
