Happy to inform that I had the adaptive cruise control retrofitted on a 501A 2015 Lariat.

Next will be the Lane Keep assist. Just need a windshield...

Thanks all for sharing all valuable information!

Excellent. How did you run power to the CCM?
I just did (most of) this on my 501a (2015). I jumpered the power from the 110a fuse with an add-a-fuse and a positap. I ran the calibration and did the for scan magic (not in that order). I just don't have the switch for the 2015 steering wheel, and the switch I do have is for later years.

One question I have: Currently I can't select "Adaptive" in the Cruise Control menu. Is that likely because I don't have the right steering wheel switch installed?

I echo Areyf's thanks for all the insight and help in this thread. Can't wait until it's really, really working.

If you do not have the adaptive steering wheel controls installed, you have DTC's and this has disabled ACC.

Thanks!
Has anyone even installed one on a 2018 yet? Being that it now has the new pedestrian detection will the old set up still work?

The F-150’s Pre-Collision with Pedestrian Detection System collects information from a windshield-mounted camera and radar located near the bumper, giving it the ability detect people in or near the road ahead, or pedestrians crossing the vehicle’s path during daylight and clear weather conditions. If a pedestrian is detected in front of the truck and a collision is imminent, the driver first receives an audible and visual warning. If the driver doesn’t respond, the system improves brake responsiveness by reducing the gap between brake pads and discs. If there is still no response from the driver, the brakes are applied automatically and vehicle speed is reduced.
Looks like it needs the window mirror camera to work as well. Would love to also add that to my 302A 2018 XLT 3.5 ECO for the Lane Keep Assist.

I didn’t need to run power! I believe because mine is a 2015 501A it has power at the harness connection. I just connected the grey cable to the blue/yellow at the new harness, as many did. Got lucky!

But if you got the power and you see the CCA in FORScan, you are gold. All you need is your switches!

Weird. I have a 2015 501a too. But yours is an eco boost? That's probably the difference.
Switches should be here Tuesday. Looking forward to having this done.

Done! Thanks to everyone for the help
ACC seemed to take me all the way to zero at a stop sign. I thought that wasn’t supposed to work?

Really it should release at 12 mph. Test more for sure. But if it doing it to Zero. Capture your data from you CCM. You could have stumbled on to something. That would be real nice for all.
