If I disconnect Forscan and cycle the key, all seems well.

I tried to just calibrate the CCM, and it seems to be ok with the calibration. The cruise does not work at all, and won't let me select adaptive or normal.

I did notice that the VIN values in the CCM are not what I put in, it keeps recalculating apparently, and I've redone it twice and it always changes the checksum.

Only the DTC from changing tire sizes was in the DTC list prior to the ACC changes.

The VIN values I put in from the ABS module are:
3146 5445 57D0
3145 4737 46A4
4641 3636 3290
3839 DD

Help!!
According to what you put in this should be your VIN, is this correct? 1FTEW1EG7FFA66289

How did you do your VIN values? Did you calculate them or did you copy them from the ABS?

Here is the proper procedure.

Copy your ABS (760-01-01 thru 760-01-04) values into CCM (764-02-01 thru 764-02-04). Your VIN is already in ABS so just transfer same values at the above address to the CCM addresses listed above and you won't have to do any hex conversion.

Yep. That's my VIN. I copied it out of the abs as built. But like I said when I write the values in the CCM the last digit changes.

And like I said I can't clear dtcs without the truck freaking out.

The attachment above is what the CCM values are after I write the ones I got from the abs module.

And I again checked all the values in the walk through and they're right. I have a 4wd so I'm not real sure where to go from here.

The last 2 digits (the checksum) will be different in different modules even if the values are the same. The checksum is just a mathematical sum of all the prior hex digits in the address. So the checksum of your VIN in ABS will be different than CCM. FORScan will compute the checksum automatically anyways so you don't have to worry about it and ignore the checksum message and continue with the write.
Example:
ABS 760-01-01 3146 5445 57D0 = 07+60+01+01+31+46+54+45+57 = D0
CCM 764-02-01 3146 5445 57D5 = 07+64+02+01+31+46+54+45+57 = D5

Can you post the DTCs you're getting?

Edit: when clearing DTCs in FORScan when it tells you to cycle your truck off and then on, wait about 5 seconds after turning it on before clicking the ok button to clear the DTCs and see if that works for you.

So, I can't get DTC's (the truck freaks out) or clear DTC's.

I attached a text dump of all the DTC's that won't clear.

FWIW -- I haven't put the steering wheel switch on yet, but understood from earlier experiments that wasn't required (I have it, just haven't had a chance).

The steering wheel switch is required, along with the changes to the SCCM module, or cruise won't work at all.

Here's all the DTC's from the DTC screen itself.

Sonofa.... I figured you'd say that. I must have dreamed reading that.

Ok, off to put the wheel switch in.

GOOD NEWS, I think....

Switch installed, and now I can select adaptive, and it comes on when I tell it to come on.

However....

Forscan will not clear the DTC's. The same ones I attached above are still there, and when Forscan trys to read or clear them, a whole ton of systems pop up as error or unavailable in the IPC. I can shut the key off and disconnect forscan, then the truck seems ok (no wrench light, no systems say unavailable) -- it's ONLY freaking out when Forscan tries to read or clear the DTC's.

Any ideas??
