Stupid question, do you think the brake lights are coming on when you are in acc mode and it has to slow down quickly?

Im worried the person behind is not getting the warning as it is braking. When its working my pedal does not move but the system/car is braking.

still haven't been able to trigger the collision warning yet. However, loving the mod so far!

I looked through the owners manual & it didn't say anywhere that the brake lights would come on so I'm thinking they don't...

Curious to find out myself. Wish I had a gopro to stick it in the tailgate and find out myself.

Probably easier to look at the 3rd brake light. They do come on.

But anyway from my google-fu powers

Well, someone posted "If ACC is on, the system will do autonomous braking". I thought they don't, just "pre-stage" the brakes for full power when you do panic stop.

But they also say that the lights do come on, glad to hear.

I don't, but when I finish my install next week I will add the size to the spreadsheet along with the other bolt sizes. I can say that it is small, like a E8 maybe.
