btw, i had a mobiel installer come out and install my kicker hideaway. turned out really well. he tapped the speaker wires under the kick plates and didn't have to touch the wiring harness near the speakers or remove door panels or anything. i mounted it under the small passenger side jump seat upon his recommendation regarding sound quality. i was going to mount it behind the seat but he thought the sound quality would suffer. i still have a flat floor at least on the drivers side.

I've looked at a bunch of the threads for install and really was impressed with his knowledge and speed at which he worked. he only charged me $60 to boot.

See the attached. It's behind the rear seat.

well my truck is an xl/stx

i had the barrier pulled back and didn't see a wiring harness at all where the pdf depicts it, but i really wasn't looking for it. i was looking for a way to mount the sub when i was considering putting it there.

i'll check it again tomorrow to see if i missed something.

thank you for posting that for me

i used fuse 32 or 36 for my amp remote. No issues, turn on/off with the key and it still had the delay until the door was opened.

where did you find an add a circuit for those tiny fuses? I had figured 36 would work but didn't locate a fuse holder

thanks for that, i'll keep looking for a fuse holder

i was looking for mini add a circuits

perhaps i should have looked for micro?

looks like 32 is the one

can you confirm which fuse you used...32 or 36? or something different?

thanks again...this is the last detail to get the sub to work how i want.
