Just picked up my 2015 platinum from dealership after a 17 day ordeal . Had the climate control seat patch work completed and the 5 th to 4 th hard downshift tsb performed. Also had the ACC RECALL performed and now when I try to apply cruise control is displays UNAVAILABLE. tried to change my settings to normal cruise and it will not work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

Sorry sounds like the ordeal is not over. Sounds too complicated of a truck to me, so complicated the truck can't even figure how to operate itself!

Sorry can't offer any advice, but it sounds like the ordeal is not over. Perhaps the software updates didn't get applied properly. If the dealer doesn't have the latest Ford version for their PC, and they applied the update, probably didn't work.

Most likely flashed the update and fried your module. Same thing happened to me. I am still baffled that other North American dealership can complete this successfully but others cant or are like we don't have the information to perform this.

 

What module are you referring to? My truck is at dealership again today and they told me the radar inside front bumper is out of alignment. We will see what happens next . Also told me my cruise never worked which I told him it worked fine until this new flash was applied

 

My truck's adapt cruise is working fine and is due to go in thursday for the software update. I'm going to nawlins this weekend and after reading this i think i'll hold off a while on the update. I would not be happy making that trip without my cruise.

 

Had all three of these exact same issues addressed two days ago, plus an oil/filter change and tire rotation AND a look at a mirror (adjusted) AND a look @ the BLIS. One day plus a few hours the next day (had to wait for the parts for the seat fix) is all it took.
